Capital City Marketing Limited (CCM), founded in 1994, is a World-wide Computer Broker based in Wiltshire, England.

CCM will, after inspection, take on most repairs either at home, work or back in the base workshop. After an initial estimate work will be carried out using genuine parts to the customer's satisfaction.
We will upgrade most computers from complete inner renewals to single parts change - memory, hard disk, motherboards, video cards, PSU etc.

All parts upgraded will be tested and burned into the system.

CCM offer computer maintenance contracts to suite the clients needs.

Full On-Site Cover
CCM on-site cover provides the customer with a range of call-out times from time critical (8 hours) through to the economy of a 5-day or scheduled regular visit. Our engineers knowledge is based on a wide range of experience with PC's and a wide range of subsystem related products such as disks, tape, and RAID architecture.

Return-to-Base Cover
Where the equipment is non-critical and would be expensive to maintain on-site, a return-to-base contract is available. This provides a guaranteed fix and return time. Typical use of this contract is for printers, terminals, and non-critical systems.

Software Updates
When software updates, bug fixes, and in-depth software support are required, a separate contract is available as an additional service to existing or new hardware contracts.

Ad-Hoc Repair
Where equipment is not under cover but is required to be repaired, we offer a chargeable return-to-base repair service. Whilst we cannot guarantee a time to repair, we will offer a fixed price once the unit is evaluated, and give an indication of the expected time scales. Typically this will be within 5 days where the parts are available.
